Treating all customers the same neither reflects customer value nor gives customers what they need.
We help our clients identify the optimal customer strategies based on an understanding of their needs, value, and/or prior behavior. Customer strategy work is often supported by customer segmentation, including either an analysis of customers’ behaviors or their attitudes, needs, and wants.

- Who are our core customers? What is their profile? How profitable are they? What do they buy from us? How do they buy from us? What are their core needs? Are we fully meeting those needs?
- Which segments do we want to target for future growth? Do what extent do they overlap with our core customers?
- To what extent do our current product / service offerings meet the needs of the target segment(s)?
- What strategies should we use to gain more value from our existing customers?
